CASE STUDY: 1-5 Cromwell Place, London

Work undertaken: 1-5 Cromwell Place was a comprehensive project, comprised of conversion, refurbishment and extension. The terraced residential and office buildings are Grade II listed and the brief was to develop the space as an art gallery, with offices and facilities for members. As Cost Consultants, Meghen & Co. meticulously measured the work required on an ongoing basis for a project of this scale and applied expert knowledge of costs, procurement and contract documentation.
