Work undertaken: The completion of a 160sq.m Penthouse apartment where work had stalled following unforeseen circumstances. Appointed in the capacity of Project Managers and Cost Consultants, Meghen & Co. negotiated the JCT contract and sum with the new contractors, resolved outstanding Building Control and License to Alter issues, and successfully brought the project to completion.
