CASE STUDY: 2 The Beacon, Hull

Work undertaken: The Beacon involved the construction of a new 2,000sq.m Cat A head-office building, including a Cat B fit out. Meghen & Co. were appointed as Client Representative and Cost Consultants, with responsibility for overseeing and negotiating the awarding of both contracts, reviewing progress, agreeing costs and signing off the offices on behalf of City Heath Care Partnership.
