CASE STUDY: The Crick L08 Skylab, London

Work to be undertaken: We have acted as QS from inception to agreement of the final account for The Crick have built a 900sq.m, multimillion Skylab at Level 8 & 9 which is a new technical research hub with Cat 2 Labs, associated write up space and meeting room.

Benefits to our client: As the project started 50m above ground level and was over a live research lab, the Crick require proactive cost planning, cost reports and we achieved the agreement of the final account before completion on site.
